Back Nine Jitters Golf League

In previous years, an application form was used to help sort golfers into various divisions. As of 2026, we have not required the form or payment of membership dues. If you wish to join us, it is helpful for us to receive the application, without dues, to help form our groups. Please complete the form and email it per instructions.
